Guided Visualization + Energy Healing

The Shadow Work series of Shadow Journey will not be recorded to protect the nature of the tender work.

Are you ready to deepen your Shadow Work experience through a Shamanic inspired Guided Visualization + Energy Healing? We will travel to lower layer of the spiritual realm associated with our deeper connection to ancestors, elemental beings, power animals, and spirit guides.

Join me as I lead you through a gentle journey to meet your Animal Spirit Guide, who will support you as you explore your inner wisdom, strength, and courage.

There is no expectation to share personal experiences, revisit painful memories, or force a breakthrough during this session. You are welcome to turn your Zoom camera off during meditation/ energy work and participate as comfortable.

This is an invitation to know yourself more fully—by connecting with the wisdom in the darkness.

I hope you will consider joining me,

Mary

The opposite of anxiety isn't calm.
It's a whole new way of living.

"a wonderful new way of life" — Martha Beck, Beyond Anxiety

Three live group gatherings, monthly workbooks, weekly check-ins, and one private session each month, held by two guides, Angelica Ward from Sacred Sparrow Wellness and Mary Madsen-Heskin from River’s Journey Wellness, who work with the mind, the body, and the spirit at once.

**Please note: You are responsible for acquiring your own copy of the book. Please check out a copy at your local library, download if you enjoy Kindle or Audible, purchase at an independent bookstore, or if you prefer you can purchase a hardcover book on Amazon typically for cheaper than the paperback version.

Shadow Work - Journey Bundle

The light is shortening. The trees are letting go. What if you did too? 🍂

Join me for 3 more weeks of Shadow Work — gently meet, befriend, and find peace with the parts of yourself the world doesn't always make room for.

What you'll walk away with:

🍂 Permission to feel what you've been carrying, instead of pushing it down

🐾 Guided journey work with Jaguar, Vulture, and Bear to meet what's asking to be healed

🌾 A clear, gentle path to integrating our Light and Shadow for deeper sense of inner peace.

Held in a small, intimate circle — because this work deserves depth, not numbers.

Live journey and energy healing experiences — Come as you are and experience it in real time, privately—as I won’t be recording these gatherings.

  • Through the Dark: Gently explore what it means to befriend parts of ourselves we may have hidden, judged, or learned to keep quiet. Through guided visualization and energy healing, we’ll create space for greater self-understanding, compassion, and the freedom to show up more authentically in our lives.

    • Choose to attend either Thursday, Oct 29th 7-8:30pm or Monday, November 2nd 11-12:30pm (all times are CDT)

  • Wisdom in the Darkness: Shadow Work is never done alone and without support. We have guides and guardians available to us for our journey through the dark. We will continue our Shadow Work through a guided journey to meet an animal guide to support us as we explore our inner wisdom, strength, and courage.‍ Enjoy a distance Reiki session as you meet and explore YOUR wisdom in the darkness, as I clear any blocks that prevent you from connecting to Spirit Guides.

    • Choose to attend either Thursday, Nov 5th 7-8:30pm or Monday, Nov 9, 11am-12:30pm

  • Finding Peace: Through a last gentle guided visualization and energy healing to help find peace as we welcome our integrated self home to reclaim our freedom to go on, our freedom to be, and our freedom to choose what comes next on our most aligned path.

    • Choose to attend either Thursday, Nov 12 7-8:30pm or Monday, Nov 16 11am-12:30pm
